We require a $200 minimum on all orders for delivery and installation.
Product: Each Poppin order is uniquely created for your personal order. We have used trial and error to determine what the best products are, to ensure longevity and great quality of your order. We will guide you to take the best care of the product. If anything should occur while we are on site or in the pickup process, we will replace or refund the damaged Poppin item. With that, once the product is in your sole possession, we are no longer responsible for any popped or damaged products, therefore will not result in a refund or replacement. If you choose to pay for a replacement we may accommodate pending availability in our schedule that day.
Poppin Cleveland is not responsible for any damage done to any property. It is the client's responsibility to ensure we are able to attach our products. In the unlikely event of damage caused by displays it is the responsibility of the client to cover the costs.
Deposits: To lock in your date, we do require a consultation call to confirm details. Once an order is discussed, an invoice will be sent requiring a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your order and lock in your date. If this is not paid, you do risk the chance of losing your date. This deposit allows us to take up a spot in our schedule and turn others if we fill up.
Full Payments: Full payments are due ONE week in advance for all orders $500 and under. TWO weeks for orders over $500.
Canceling an Order: There will be NO refunds for changed event dates or times. Once the order is confirmed the date and time given is confirmed as well. If you decide to change your event date and or start time after a payment is made or if you decide to cancel, you will be credited to your account if we can not accommodate the reschedule.
Postponing your order: Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance via email or phone and we will work with you to secure an alternative time window.
COVID-19 Policy: We understand due to unforeseen circumstances, plans may change. However if you decide to cancel for any reason, you will be credited the amount paid for a future event with us. This credit does not expire and can be used for multiple orders pending availability.
